I made a simple Dutch tool chest.
The plans for building one are the October 2013 issue of Popular Woodworking.
Differences between this one and the plans in Popular Woodworking:
-Part of the top is flat, which makes a smaller slanted lid. I also put the strap hinges completely on the outside.
-There are no tool racks. I may add a saw till eventually.
-I didn’t dovetail the bottom into the sides. Instead it is set in dados a few inches up, which gives the chest some feet.
-Dimensions are different, but I sized it to the wood I had on hand.
